Training Tips: Part Two

#4 - To prepare for the mental suffering you'll be enduring in the middle of the night during a long ultra, practice by having the following movie marathons:
GUYS:
  • The Notebook, Titanic, and the complete Twilight Saga in succession with no bathroom breaks, alcohol, or attractive females.
GALS:
  • Watch 10 straight hours of UFC fights in a crowded, smoky, biker-bar, surrounded by drunk lumberjacks who haven't seen a female in months....,while you're sober.
